Exploring your story

As a behavioural strategist and storyteller, when I facilitator conferences, workshops and off-sites I am able to make sure that the objectives you set are met.

I do this simple by harnessing the incredible insights we now have into the truths of how we actually work as human beings.

One such insight for example can be summed up in three words:

  • Engage
  • Align
  • Elicit

You first have to engage people with where they are at, their beliefs, their values and their perspective on what the session is seeking to achieve. Having stimulated deep levels of personal engagement, you then create a direct and credible alignment between that engagement and the purpose of everyone coming together. This direction of travel then makes it much easier to elicit the outcomes you want.

That’s just one example of how the behaviour strategies that go into my work help make sure that a conference or workshops achieves its goals and returns on the enormous investment of time and money that go into making them happen.

Along with this depth of insight into the truths of how we human beings work, I bring decades of experience in consulting, coaching and facilitating diverse groups of people from all levels of an organisation and across a broad range of business sectors.

By blending the science of human behaviour and the art of human insight, I get to help people, achieve those things they want for themselves, their teams and the whole organisations, which is a real honour. With the benefit of decades of real world experience I am able to do this in a way that enables everyone to enjoy discovering just how extraordinary we human beings are, and therefore just how extraordinary they have the potential to be.

Enough though of my words, let those who have experienced my approach tell you what they think in the video below.

How to ‘HAPPY’ 2017

I watched a wonderful film called ‘Happy’ on Netflix last night, and it made me realise that the best resolution we can make for 2017 is to learn about 'happy'… and here’s how. As i watched the film, I realised that if we take responsibility for our own happiness then...

What’s Your Story

“It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury and signifying nothing!” So said Macbeth describing life as a shadow play of futility. Earlier in the same speech he talks of how “all our yesterdays… light the way to dusty death”. Whilst this perspective isn’t...
